The staff gets mixed news over the holidays when they are able to book legendary singer Gloria Redmond but later find out the truth regarding her visit to the station.

Scott convinces Hilary to host a new gossip show. However, he forgets to tell her that she would have to give up her role on the show "The Hands Of Time".

In need of a shakeup, the station brings in a famous acting teacher who suggests changes with the actors' deliveries and sends his interns to help out with more roles.

The staff at the station decide to report the news but have trouble trying to find anything that is newsworthy; a new organist is hired.

The staff reacts to the news of Victor's death which has a residual effect on sponsorship. Jeffrey returns home from London.
