Summer is in full swing, which means it's time to collect seasonal vegetables and fruits and cook the most delicious dishes from them. Today, together with the chef, we are making zucchini lasagna, burgers with brie cheese and caramelized peach, grilled flounder with a Mediterranean salad, and for dessert — chocolate meringue roll with cherries.

We cheer ourselves up with simple and, most importantly, quick recipes. We cook raspberry cake with Alexander Belkovich, steaks with saute from young peas, pizza "octopus", and on the grill we make meat rolls from pita bread and banana-chocolate cakes.
