In the Season 4 finale, Bay is excited for her first art show. Meanwhile, Daphne interviews for an internship near Quinn, causing friction with Mingo; Kathryn's frustration with John escalates when he storms out of a negotiation; and John and Kathryn confront Regina about Eric's secret.

Bay takes over as host for Lily's baby shower after Regina must tend to an emergency with Will; and sparks fly between Kathryn and Prof. Marillo at the party. Meanwhile, Lily worries what others will think of her decision.

Bay debates whether she's ready for a relationship with Garrett; Daphne's communication with Quinn starts to affect her relationship with Mingo; and John and Kathryn explore new financial opportunities. Meanwhile, Toby and Lily prepare to become parents.

Mingo helps Daphne organize a fundraiser for a sign language school in Mexico; and Bay is livid after a student sells crude T-shirts using her artwork. Elsewhere, Regina faces the consequences of digging through Eric's past.

Daphne and Mingo are excited to introduce their parents until they learn that there's already bad blood between them. Meanwhile, Bay's date with Garrett takes an awkward turn when she runs into Tank.

Daphne, Bay and Travis head to Mexico on spring break to do volunteer work with Melody. While there, Daphne forms a surprising bond with another volunteer, Bay's anger erupts and Melody's boyfriend presents her with a life-altering suggestion.

Bay discovers that Regina's moving. Meanwhile, Kathryn and John consider endorsing products to improve their economic situation; Daphne attempts to become the safety captain at her dorm; and tension mounts as Angelo's birthday nears.

Travis visits Emmett in Los Angeles and is displeased with how his friend has changed. Meanwhile, Eric wants Regina to move in with him, but Regina wants to learn more about Will's mother first; and a stressed-out John takes his anger out on Toby.

Bay enrolls in a class at UMKC and finds herself in the spotlight because of the school's new harassment policy. Meanwhile, Daphne's scholarship is in jeopardy; John faces economic troubles; and Daphne has doubts about her relationship with Mingo.

Bay is left heartbroken by her breakup with Emmett. Meanwhile, John and Kathryn get bad financial news; Daphne's friends aren't as crazy about Mingo as she is; Regina researches Eric's ex-wife; and someone has a surprising pregnancy revelation.

Intent on making their relationship work, Bay surprises Emmett with a visit to Los Angeles while he's shooting his first big class project. Daphne is distraught with her performance in school and the idea of letting Bay and her family down. Kathryn and Toby get the chance to have their musical produced.

Iris suggests that Daphne join a sorority in order to experience more of college life. Meanwhile, Bay tries to mend Travis and Mary Beth's relationship, which has been hurt by his newfound popularity; and Toby wants Lily to move in with him.

Bay tries to figure out how she can pursue an art career. Regina invites Eric and his son to stay with her temporarily. Mingo asks Daphne to hang out.

Kathryn's mother arrives with a friend and some unexpected news; Emmett refuses to talk about the investigation involving Bay; Daphne visits Regina and receives several shocks.

An investigation is launched when the college administration learns details of Bay's personal matter.

Bay spends an evening drinking with Tank but cannot remember her actions from that night; Daphne is invited to a student gathering at professor Marillo's home; Lily offers to help Toby.

Emmett pays a surprise visit to Bay; Daphne learns she did poorly on her midterm exam; Melody clashes with John after he encourages Travis to try out for the baseball team; Kathryn asks Toby for help with her new project.

Bay's criminal record may prevent her from having her art on display; Daphne challenges the dorm prankster to a triathlon; Regina is drawn to a coffeehouse owner; John ponders the future; Emmett's new friend gets him a job on a film production.

Daphne's pre-med chemistry class gets off to a rough start, even with an interpreter's assistance; Bay and Emmett struggle with their long-distance relationship; Kathryn meets with a movie producer.

The family learns about Bay's decision to take the blame for Daphne; Daphne struggles to adapt to life as a pre-med student.
