Paige and Raf win a home that was once a local government office. They have property ready and will turn the building into a large family home with lots of square footage. The Snows win a good-sized home, but they find out that all of the add-ons are going to be a big problem.

After moving a house in two parts, the Hayhurst Brothers decide to renovate the larger portion themselves while Casey and Catrina tackle the smaller section as a guesthouse. Casey is excited to start the renovation but problems arise when a Texas storm blows their house down just as their project begins.
