Donna and Toni win a small cottage at auction and ask the Hayhurst Brothers for some cedar to create a sophisticated ranch home. The sisters give it an elegant, country design style and try to create an impressive landscape design to go along with the interior.
 

A member of the Texas Tenors contacts Donna and Toni to see if his home is worth renovating; the group joins the sisters to pitch in on the renovation projects; the result is a large addition for the master suite and a functional layout.

Donna and Toni win a large home with pre-existing shiplap and plan to add over 500-square-feet to make it more appealing for a family; unfortunately, the sisters discover it is in such bad shape that it makes more sense to demolish it and start over.

Paige and Raf win a house at auction, but only half of it will move. Their plan is to add enough square footage to turn it into a suburban family dream home, featuring a large dine-in banquette, plenty of bookshelves and a study space.
