At the Big Sac holiday party, Colette tries to impress Noa before his single window closes; Barb's effort to save the East Hollywood DMV backfires when she accidentally tackles the director, but assistant Sally steps in to help.

Barb leaves Ceci in charge, but when Ceci improves the DMV, Barb sabotages the progress and injures her "good foot." Meanwhile, Colette pushes back against Vic's outdated views by challenging him to a game of basketball against former pro basketball player Renee Montgomery.
