The second day of the Seiryo Festival is the day when Nao, who is not usually on guard, attends school. Nao enjoys her first school festival with excitement and anticipation, from being made to wear a maid outfit to experiencing a haunted house with Aki. And then, just before the main stage performance, Nao learns about Suzumi's hidden past.

While still grieving and shocked by Suzumi's death and Ryo's simultaneous disappearance, Nao is told frankly that she will be attending school from now on. Confused, Nao stays holed up at home when Ritsuko and Aki come to her and say, "Let's go to a hot spring."
