Rik and Julian are throwing a New Year's party. Elisa demands that Stefano not let on, but he has a hard time doing so. At the party, Nina pretends that her marriage to Bing is going well.

Rik discovers that Elisa has lied. He confesses to Stefano that he is afraid she has been unfaithful and wonders with whom. Henk is offended when Ludo criticizes his house for not being adequately adapted for Luuk. Shanti continues her battle with Ludo: because of his lie in the past, she has lost everything.
