Janine has to hide from Ludo what she did in the past and cover her tracks. Bing, Stefano, Rik, Julian, and Ruben throw an illegal housewarming party and toast to Bing's new life. Nina rejects Bruno once again and can't get Bing out of her head. A drunken Bruno finds out where Bing is and sets off to confront him.

Julian reacts strongly when Demi tells him that she and Ruben have decided to co-parent after all. Troj has graduated and thinks he has no one to celebrate with, but nothing could be further from the truth. Meanwhile, Bruno tries to come to terms with Nina's decision, Billy announces that she's leaving Meerdijk, and a mysterious man checks in at the Rozenboom.

Nina realizes she wants Bing back and breaks up with Bruno. Bing takes his relationship with Vesper to the next level. Julian realizes that Noor has been hiding something from him. Marie gets a taste of her own medicine. Shanti is afraid that Elisa will betray her to Rik.

Elisa is having a hard time accepting that Shanti and Rik are getting married. Shanti reveals that she was the one behind Elisa's decision to move abroad. Billy wants revenge on Rik, but Elly stops her and steps in to mediate. Nola tries to convince Troj that Ted means nothing to her. Marie falls in love.

Rik is pleased when Shanti tells Billy that she has to leave Meerdijk for good. Nola hides a voice message from Ted from Troj. Nina feels uncomfortable when Vesper and Bruno suggest a double date. Bitchy Bingo is a huge success, but Billy doesn't show up.

Billy suspects Rik of writing the anonymous note, while Shanti blames Richard. Nola is overwhelmed by her hospital trauma and dreads an examination, but Troj tries to support her. Elisa confesses to Nina that she's not over Rik yet, after which Nina admits that she wants Bing back.

Julian insists that he has no problem with Noor and her ex's family dinner. Stefano is annoyed that Ludo wants to interfere with the purchase of a property. Bing is taking an exam and, together with Ruben, has to rescue someone from a cramped space.

Julian is stunned when Linda tells him that, in her opinion, Demi is the perfect candidate to have a child with Ruben. Rik wants to prove his love for Shanti and asks her to marry him. Elisa is back in Meerdijk and wants to make a fresh start. After the success of the dance night, Elly and Henk decide to organize a Bitchy Bingo.

Bruno leaves when Nina confesses that she still loves Bing. Rik tells Stefano that his problems with Billy have been resolved. Shanti wants to work with Billy to come up with a plan to deal with Richard. Dance night at the Koning! Henk has been bragging that he's a great dancer and will now have to prove it.

Linda has decided to go to America with Ruben; Janine thinks she shouldn't be so pushy. Bruno is surprised by Nina's concern for Bing, who is stuck in the elevator. Stefano is disappointed when the building he wants to buy turns out to be too expensive; Ludo realizes that there's more to it for him than just the building. Julian convinces Quin that he's not a threat.

Nola's guilt grows as Troj comes to terms with the fact that she doesn't want to undergo any further testing. Marie is having a hard time dealing with Noor and Julian's relationship. Julian suggests a family gathering with Quin. Bing asks Ruben for help with his claustrophobia, but why does he refuse? Will Vesper be able to convince Manu that he needs to talk things out with Nina?

Nola wakes up in a strange house and comes face to face with a strange boy. Troj is worried when he hears she's gone missing and sets out to find her. Billy is baffled by a letter from an anonymous sender and asks Shanti for an explanation. Will Shanti dare to be honest? Elly and Henk are looking for a hobby they can enjoy together and come up with an idea: dancing!

Billy knows she's ruined everything and accepts her loss; she'll leave Shanti alone. Seb and Julian convince Noor to come to the musical after all. Nola doesn't show up at the premiere; Nina is worried and goes looking for her. Will Manu dare to tell Marie that he's in love with her?

Stefano notices that the building he was previously interested in buying is having a going-out-of-business sale. Manu doesn't want Nina to come to the school musical's premiere. Bing tries to change his mind. Nola tells Demi why things aren't going well with Troj. During the family constellation, Rik is shocked to discover that he's struggling with the same traumas as Billy. Henk wants to be alone with Elly, but can't seem to shake Linda. While Noor worries about Marie, Julian is making arrangements for Demi's birthday. Troj is working on a surprise for Nola. What's he up to?

Demi has a meeting at the hospital to discuss her possible return. Nola is startled when Troj disappears, but she realizes he just wants to be alone to think about their situation. Rik is stunned when he sees Shanti leaving Olivia with Billy. Ruben panics when Bing invites him to dinner.

Nina, in turn, asks Ludo for financial help. Who will win this battle?

Ruben realizes that Linda doesn't actually want to go back to the boat at all. Shanti is happy to see that Rik and Billy are finally getting along. Since Stefano doesn't want Marwan to get a bigger share of the La Stradina coffee business, Marwan decides to go his own way.

Bing and Nina think Nola should talk to Troj about her diagnosis. Rik runs away when Billy opens up to him. Demi is happy to see Henk and Julian when they show up at her door to apologize. Stefano has a big surprise for his family and friends.

Since Marie keeps stirring up trouble between Julian and Noor, Seb puts his own plan into action. Vesper asks Bing if his fight for a penthouse is really about the house itself. Julian confronts Marie when he thinks she's lying. When Tinus hears what he did while in a confused state, he wants to go to France with Luuk as soon as possible for euthanasia.

Luuk and Linda call off Ludo and Janine's bachelor party. Nola disagrees and takes charge. Ludo and Janine step in when they notice that Stefano is becoming depressed and arrange for him to continue his recovery at home. Shanti misses Billy and makes a decision.

The Sanders family is hopeful when Stefano starts talking. Nola has the results of her school exams but doesn't dare look at them. Troj, however, does. Bing opens up to Vesper. Is she taking this correctly? Linda is stunned when she receives a message: Simon did indeed have a son, and he wants to meet her.

Noor is annoyed with Marie when she accuses her of only being focused on Julian. Billy and Elly meet and hit it off immediately. Demi refuses to talk to a psychologist. Luuk intervenes firmly: she won't make it without help. Linda returns home and is surprised to see that Luuk has taken his father into his home.

Bing deals with a suspected overdose at work and is shocked when it turns out to be Demi. Julian fears that Demi won't make it and blames Henk and Marwan. Nola pretends to Troj that her studies are going just fine. Troj realizes this isn't true and decides to help her. Ludo advises Luuk to take Tinus in to look after him. Bing wants to go on a date with Vesper when he finds out she's single, but she turns him down. Henk confides in Elly for the first time about his concerns regarding the situation with Demi and breaks down.

Nina's hopes grow as Stefano seems strong enough to be gradually weaned off the ventilator. Demi tries in vain to get closer to Zoran. Luuk catches Demi off guard when he tries to talk to her about her drug addiction. Henk is shocked when Demi tells him she never wants to see him again. Luuk gets a visit from an uninvited guest at work.

Marwan discovers that Demi is lying about her stay at the clinic. Henk and Julian realize that it's getting harder and harder to get through to her. Luuk refuses to help Tinus. Troj doesn't think this is right: as a doctor, shouldn't he support everyone?

Demi has Zoran drop her off at the rehab clinic, but runs away as soon as he leaves. Bing becomes increasingly impressed with Vesper when he sees how well she gets along with Manu. The Sanders family receives good news about Stefano: there's a chance he'll wake up from his coma.

Bing gets off to a rocky start with his new colleague Vesper and tries to make amends by helping her organize her birthday party. Nina receives a package containing all sorts of strange items. Nola sees this and wonders what she plans to do with them. Janine confesses to Ludo that she's afraid of the test results.

Shanti gets the shock of her life when she comes face to face with an old acquaintance. Luuk is confronted by his father, who tells him he doesn't have long to live. Demi is confronted with her past during her first therapy session. Noor finds out that Seb has misbehaved and wants to ground him. Julian has a better solution.

Marwan must secure the La Stradina brand name. Unsure whether Stefano will recover quickly, he makes a drastic decision. Luuk does not tell Ludo who the patient he saw is. After her operation, Janine is surrounded by her family and realizes that they are the most important thing in her life.

Bing pours his heart out about Nina and lets Rik persuade him to start dating again. Janine, Nina, and Ludo put on a brave face when Janine is picked up for surgery. Nola's plan to make Troj jealous is ruined by Bing.

Luuk is stunned when he recognizes a patient. Rik confesses to Julian that Shanti still has feelings for him, but says nothing about his own confusing feelings. Demi pretends she is doing better, but steals money from De Koning's cash register so she can buy drugs again.

Shanti acts strong when Rik interrupts the kiss and pretends nothing happened. Julian and Henk argue about Demi's treatment method. When Zoran sides with Henk, Demi becomes furious and leaves. Nola works hard to finish a surprise and Bing makes her think: does she still have feelings for Troj?

When it turns out that Demi has been using drugs again and wants to run away in anger, Henk sees no other option but to lock Demi up, much to Julian's sadness. At Jasmijn's grave, Shanti is surprised when Rik tells her that he feels complete with her and Olivia. Nola is happy with Troj's help and thinks about a way to thank him.

Indy has been using drugs again and appears paranoid at the hospital. To get her out of there, Demi goes with her. Ludo and Nina find support in each other now that they know Janine has to undergo surgery next week. Henk becomes alarmed when Luuk tells him that Zoran is looking for Demi. Together with Marwan, he goes looking for her.

Nola hides from Ludo that she is afraid to go to Stefano; Troj realizes this. Janine undergoes follow-up examinations in connection with the lump in her breast, without the support of her family or friends. Julian sees that Noor is struggling with the fact that she still lives with her mother and gives her his house key.

Nina's suspicion that Bing is having an affair turns out to be true. How will she react when she finds out that he also has a date in her house? Marwan tries to convince Ludo that he deserves the position of interim manager. Rik and Shanti are allowed to go home with Olivia. Rik surprises Shanti by asking her to stay with him for a while.

Nina is shocked when Manu tells her that Bing has brought a strange woman home and decides to investigate. Demi introduces Indy to Henk, who is suspicious. Julian and Noor are disappointed when Marie disrupts their romantic evening. Nina devotes herself to Stefano's recovery and decorates his room with personal items. Ludo doesn't really like it. Nola wants Troj to tell her that the accident wasn't her fault, but he doesn't respond the way she would like him to.

Luuk has new information for the police that could exonerate Troj. When Olivia is put into an induced coma to recover from her accident, Rik and Shanti think about Jasmijn's death. Demi hides from Zoran that she is constantly thinking about her addiction and calls fellow addict Indy, whom she met earlier while working at the emergency room.

Rik's fear that Olivia has suffered serious consequences from the accident disappears when she is allowed to go home from the hospital. Janine avoids the examination of the lump in her breast. Nola visits Rik and Shanti. Will she tell them the truth about the cause of the accident?

Troj is stuck at the police station. Luuk devises ways to gain access to him. Nina and Bing put their divorce problems aside to be there for the children. Ludo wants to hold the driver of the dump truck liable, but Luuk and Janine think he should leave the man alone.

Julian and Noor have only just gotten together, but already want to eat together as a family. Marie lets them know that she doesn't feel the need to do so. Zoran is afraid that Demi is having a relapse. Despite Stefano being in a coma, Marwan decides to continue with his meal boxes.

Stefano and Olivia are buried under a load of sand and have to be urgently taken to hospital. Troj is in trouble now that Jurre has filmed him threatening someone in front of him. Nola conceals the fact that she ran away just before the accident to call Steef. She persuades Demi to go to a nightclub with her.

Troj is devastated when Jurre discovers all the witnesses Troj had gathered against him. Henk is shocked when he realizes he forgot to tend to Elly's garden. Rik doesn't want to do business with Shanti. He only wants to see her when necessary. Shanti has no intention of giving up on winning him back.

Jurre wants Troj to beat up someone who owes him money. Zoran advises Demi not to help someone with a drug problem, but Demi is sure she can handle it. Bing flirts with a woman and asks her out. Janine asks Nina to be her witness at her wedding with Ludo.

Marwan's plans for a meal box are shot down by Stefano, but Marwan isn't going to let it go. Janine doesn't want Luuk to tell Ludo about the lump in her breast until she knows more. Demi helps a girl who has taken an overdose at the hospital.

Bing and Nina don't notice that Manu is gaming in the middle of the night. Noor and Julian are betrayed by Dolly's barking when they secretly meet up at Noor's children's house. Troj doesn't notice that Jurre is threatening his witness Sterre, putting himself in danger.

Demi receives a message from her drug dealer and immediately feels the urge to take drugs again. Janine receives bad news, but keeps it to herself. It's Bing's turn to look after the boys in the apartment, but he arrives late. Meanwhile, Nina has her own ways of cheering up Manu and Max.

Julian wants to tell Noor how much he likes her. Demi is at work for the first time and realizes that this affects her deeply: this is where her addiction began. Ludo warns Troj not to let witness Sterre stay with him, because his cover with shady loan shark Jurre will then be in danger.

Nina and Bing explain to Manu and Max that from now on, they will strictly adhere to their own days with the children. Max takes this explanation too seriously. Stefano accepts that his friendship with Rik is over. Marwan and Henk devise a plan to convince Stefano to give Henk his job back at the wine shop and make Marwan the manager of Mercato.

Demi moves back into het Paleis: she has completely kicked her habit. She tells Steef that Nola is worried, thereby incurring Nola's wrath. Julian has a date with Noor. Shanti claims that Olivia can't do without her and stays with Rik as long as possible.

Janine is surprised when Nola needs a document stating that she is the boss of the Rozenboom. Julian sees the woman who was sitting at his bar recently in the amusement park, but makes a disappointing discovery. Bing gets fed up with Rik not getting over the kiss between Stefano and Elisa.

The Verduyn family enjoys a weekend at an amusement park. Elisa presents Rik with a dilemma: she has been offered a job abroad, but she would rather fight for him. Waiter Marcel becomes Nola's new boss at the Rozenboom and quickly confiscates her phone.

Jurre wants to know from Troj why he is in such frequent contact with Luuk. Troj lies and says that Luuk is harassing him. Nina suspects Shanti of trying to get rid of Elisa so that she has a better chance with Rik. Henk applies to Stefano for his old job in the wine shop, but it has already been taken by Marwan.

Julian gets angry with Zoran when he realizes that Demi's addiction started with the ADHD pills he gave her. Demi thinks Julian should give Zoran a chance. Luuk and Ludo want to help Troj trap Jurre, but Troj wants to do it alone. Elisa asks Rik if they can act normally around each other at work.

Elly and Emma are leaving for Canada. Emma does everything she can to see Manu one last time. Demi confesses to Julian how much she regrets her drug use, prompting Julian to arrange a surprise for her. Troj threatens one of Jurre's clients who refuses to pay. How will he explain this to Luuk?

Henk really wants to go to Canada with Elly, but doesn't want to abandon Demi. Nina spoils the children because she thinks Bing is too strict with them. Elisa and Rik confess to each other that they miss each other. Nina confronts Shanti: is she trying to come between Rik and Elisa?

Julian and Bing try to persuade both Rik and Stefano to come to Julian's birthday party. Demi is having a really hard time without Tom and her craving for drugs is growing. Manu tries to play Bing and Nina off against each other. Shanti notices that Rik is feeling down and takes him out for a drink. She stands up for Elisa, but does she really mean it?

Troj turns out to be secretly working for shady loan shark Jurre. What is he up to? When Julian tells Marwan the truth about Demi, he ruins her chance to video chat with Tom. Rik's anger towards Stefano has major consequences for the group of friends that includes Bing and Julian.

Henk keeps a close eye on Demi and prevents her from buying drugs. When Julian finally realizes that Demi is lying to him, he breaks down. Marwan is having a hard time now that he has to take care of Tom on his own. Janine cheers Nola up with a surprise when Steef is too busy for her.

To Nina's surprise, Shanti offers to pay for a hotel room for Elisa now that she has left Rik. Henk tries to be there for Demi in a kind way, but she is not interested. She convinces Julian that things are going better. Ludo has paid for repairs to Luuk's boat without asking, but Luuk is not happy about it.

Elisa breaks up with Rik because he will never forgive her for kissing Stefano. Nola doesn't like it when Bing complains about Nina to Max and Manu. Stefano wants to talk to Rik, but Rik thinks he's pathetic. Stefano is finding this passive-aggressive attitude increasingly difficult to deal with.

Marwan won't let Demi see Tom until she's kicked her habit. Ludo and Janine give Nina and Bing conflicting advice on how to deal with Max and Manu now that they're getting divorced. Luuk is suspected of trying to scam the insurance company with the fire. Henk thinks this is ridiculous and stands up for Luuk.

Nina comes to collect her belongings from the apartment. When she sees that Bing has stuffed her dresses into garbage bags, she gets angry. Marwan impresses Stefano and finds work in the wine shop. Rik and Bing bond over their disappointment with women. Marwan finds drugs in Demi's coat pocket and convinces Julian that Demi has a problem.

Demi convinces Julian that Zoran made up her drug use because she broke up with him. To Emma's surprise, Manu reacts coolly when she finally tells him she has to go back to Canada. Nina and Bing are worried about Max and Manu.

Nina moves in with Ludo and Janine and gets stressed because she wants everything to be perfect for Max and Manu when they come to stay with her. Demi ignores Zoran when he asks her to stop taking drugs, so Zoran decides to tell Julian. To her astonishment, Elisa is kicked out of the house by Rik.

Rik discovers that Elisa has lied. He confesses to Stefano that he is afraid she has been unfaithful and wonders with whom. Henk is offended when Ludo criticizes his house for not being adequately adapted for Luuk. Shanti continues her battle with Ludo: because of his lie in the past, she has lost everything.

Bing gives Nina a choice: either they tell the children together that they are separating, or he will do it alone. Henk arranges a meeting between Emma and Manu, because he thinks Emma should tell him that she is leaving for Canada.

Rik and Julian are throwing a New Year's party. Elisa demands that Stefano not let on, but he has a hard time doing so. At the party, Nina pretends that her marriage to Bing is going well.

Nola discovers that Steef's departure to Paris will take much longer than she thought. Shanti discovers that Ludo lied to her in the past. Marwan discovers that the manager of De Rozenboom gives him bad references, preventing him from finding a new job.

There is a fire in the shed where Luuk and Troj are sleeping. Nina wants a break from her marriage to Bing. Bing does not accept this: Nina's feelings cannot suddenly disappear. Rik notices that Elisa and Stefano are behaving strangely.

Bizou celebrates Christmas with her new family for the first time, but has sad news for Julian. Demi is experiencing withdrawal symptoms, but is fighting them. Jessica makes Steef an offer, but he has to go to Paris. Linda makes a shocking discovery about Haakon. Luuk and Troj are surprised when Jurre forgives the debt.

Christmas Eve in Meerdijk. Bizou is surprised by a visit from her father, but this causes some awkward moments for Julian. Rik realizes that he has neglected Elisa, but is it too late? Linda wants to know why Haakon's aunt says she doesn't know him. While Bing, Nola, Manu, and Max are unwrapping presents, Nina comes to a shocking realization.

Demi throws away her drugs when she discovers that they are making her a less effective mother to Tom. Emma tries to make Henk and Elly realize that they are behaving even more like teenagers than she is. Stefano experiences a breakthrough during his therapy. Elisa sees Rik in an intimate moment with Shanti and draws her own conclusions. This results in a drastic action.

Julian and Jessica are proud when Bizou shows her bravest side in Janine's podcast. Emma doesn't dare tell Manu that she's going back to Canada. Luuk discovers that Linda isn't being honest about Haakon. Ludo ignores Stefano's advice about the auction house, making Stefano feel redundant.

Linda talks Janine out of her doubts about Haakon. Who is right? Stefano ridicules the questionnaire for his therapy, but Rik thinks he should take it seriously. Janine convinces Bizou's boss to cooperate with a podcast, so that she can confront him about his misconduct together with Jessica and Bizou.

Emma asks Elly to come with her to Canada, and Elly wrongly concludes that Henk doesn't want to go with her. Julian and Jessica stand side by side as parents for the first time when Bizou tells them what her boss did to her. Troj is shocked when Luuk is now the one being threatened by creditor Jurre.

Nina discovers that she feels alone in her relationship with Bing, while Bing feels that she is pushing him too hard. Elisa is driven crazy by Rik's chaotic planning and makes a schedule with him, but Rik turns out to be too flexible for that. Demi has more energy than is healthy for her and is not herself when she snaps at her colleague.

Henk thinks that Ludo wants to auction off one of Laura's paintings for his own gain and threatens to stop him himself. Nola, Manu, and Max rebel when Nina and Bing refuse to celebrate Christmas with Ludo and Janine. Meanwhile, Nina and Bing try out a "talking stick" during a therapy weekend. Elly doesn't know how to tell her granddaughter Emma that her parents are getting divorced.

Luuk hides from Troj that he is not going to pay Jurre back. Ludo saves him from a tricky situation. Henk understands that Emma receives little attention from her parents, but Elly does not see the problem. Janine catches Haakon in a lie from his childhood and confronts him.

Julian stands up for Bizou, but does so in a way that only causes Bizou more problems. Manu and Max thaw the frosty atmosphere between their parents, but the effect seems short-lived. Bing comes up with a surprising proposal. Henk and Emma actually start to like each other, and Emma helps Manu with his math.

Nina forces Bing to go to the Christmas market with her. When he subsequently fails his exam, Nina gets the blame. Troj doesn't want Luuk to solve his problems and makes a confession to Steef. Stefano can't let go of his bitterness about Valentijn.

Nina and Bing think it's irresponsible that Janine didn't stop Nola from contacting Valentijn. They decide to take action. Julian wants to know why Bizou isn't working at the Rozenboom anymore, but gets fobbed off with excuses. Demi lets her drug dealer persuade her to try something different.

Elisa is afraid that Rik will start liking Shanti again now that he is so close to her because of Olivia. Nina deeply insults Bing when she demands that he apologize to Manu's bully. Luuk is no longer satisfied with Troj's excuses. Stefano warns Janine and Nola: their deal with Valentijn will backfire on them. Will he be proven right?

Henk plays Sinterklaas, but has a problem with his helper. Ludo demands that Stefano accept Janine's plan to free him. Meanwhile, Janine and Nola wait for Valentijn. Will he show up? Bing intervenes against Nina's wishes when Manu is bullied. Just before leaving for Morocco, Marwan shares a secret with Julian.

Janine and Nola try to get Ludo released by making a deal with Valentijn. Stefano forbids this: he wants revenge. Linda's relationship with Haakon takes a hit. Bizou reports her boss to the police, but this does not have the desired effect. Demi becomes increasingly entangled in her pill intake and solves this in the wrong way.

Troj denies stealing money from De Koning, but Luuk doesn't believe him and puts pressure on him. Rik tries to find a solution for Elisa, who doesn't want to celebrate Sinterklaas with his ex Shanti. Bizou reports what her boss did to her at work, but is treated scandalously. Marwan refuses to accept this.

Money has been stolen from De Koning and the perpetrator is probably someone known to them. Bizou tries to resolve the issues with her boss, but this goes completely off the rails. Ludo hides his problems in prison from Janine. Janine hides from Ludo that she is helping Nola find Valentijn. But will Nola still want to help Janine when she hears that Stefano wanted Valentijn dead?

Bing is doing an internship on the ambulance and is confronted with an accident. He is shocked when he recognizes the victim... Henk tries to get Emma under control. Demi finds an alternative to her concentration pills. Bizou finds herself in an awkward situation with her boss, but doesn't dare to tell Marwan about it.

Elisa has to get used to Rik and Shanti being friendly with each other again because of baby Olivia. While Nola tries to get in touch with Valentijn, Ludo has to deal with some tough guys in prison. Linda discovers that Haakon has a difficult ex. She wants to know more about this.

Nola thinks she is in contact with Valentijn online. Janine wants her to stop, as it is far too dangerous. Demi is struggling to function without pills and comes up with an unwise plan. Troj keeps quiet about why he was beaten up. Haakon becomes jealous of Rik's relationship with Shanti and sends her a mysterious text message about himself.

Linda discovers that Haakon comes from a wealthy family, but Luuk questions this story. Troj finds himself in a tight spot with his debt. Steef's inheritance from Laura offers a solution, but then Steef gets an interesting opportunity to invest this money. When Rik and Shanti make a plan for Olivia's care, Rik thinks Elisa feels left out and comes up with a surprising move.

Demi gets stressed when Luuk finds out that Zoran is stealing pills. Nola investigates in her own way whether Valentijn is still alive. Marwan warns Bizou not to get too friendly with their boss. Is he jealous? Henk is driven crazy by teenager Emma. Then Elly asks if she and Emma can stay with him.

Rik and Shanti wait anxiously for Olivia to be examined after her fall from the stroller. Stefano and Janine decide, against Ludo's wishes, to prove his innocence. Demi is finding it increasingly difficult to keep all the balls in the air.

The conflict between Shanti and Rik intensifies, with Olivia becoming the victim. Demi discovers that Marwan is jealous of Zoran's relationship with Tom, and Bizou is concerned about Demi's pill use.

Janine and Nina are afraid that Ludo will get life imprisonment. Henk meets Elly's granddaughter and immediately loses her. Linda badmouths Shanti to Haakon because she wants him for herself for a little while longer.

Troj and Steef try unsuccessfully to intimidate creditor Jurre, while Stefano and Janine conclude that Valentijn may still be alive. Rik wants Shanti to have as little influence as possible on Olivia's life and tries to get the mediator on his side.

Ludo is suspected of murdering Valentijn and wants Janine to lie for him. Can she do it? Troj cannot pay the penalty for repaying his debt. Stefano tries to discover the identity of a body that washed ashore. Who is it?

Bizou and Marwan are getting better and better at working together. Still, Marwan is wary when Bizou asks for his help. Things are getting more serious between Demi and Zoran. Nola, Steef, and Troj try to keep their relationship fun and make a schedule. Ludo is questioned by the police about Valentijn's disappearance. But then a bloodstained watch is found in Ludo's car.

During their first visit to the mediator, things get heated between Rik and Shanti. Troj lies to Luuk, saying he made a mistake in his budget to solve his problem with Jurre's loan. Bing tries to seduce Nina, but she has a busy day. Stefano can't get hold of his accomplice and wonders what happened to Valentijn.

The judge has ruled that Shanti can see her daughter, and she is enjoying her first evening with her. Rik and Elisa argue about this ruling, and Elisa leaves. Linda overwhelms Haakon with her enthusiasm and doesn't realize that Luuk thinks she is rushing things. Nina tries to seduce Bing, but he has to prepare for his first day of internship at the ambulance service.

Ludo returns alone from the oil rig and tells Janine and Stefano what happened to Valentijn. Nola has a very exciting date with Steef and Troj. Demi and Julian advise Nina and Bing to keep a close eye on Manu, even though the bullying seems to be over now. Henk goes to work despite his flu, but becomes so short of breath that Elly has to call 112.

Stefano and his accomplice discover that Ludo is planning a helicopter flight to a location in the middle of the North Sea. Linda is extremely nervous about her first meeting with her cousin Haakon and sends Luuk away. Henk is becoming increasingly sick, but tries to put on a brave face for Elly. Janine tries to prevent Ludo from doing something he will regret.

Marwan is happy to be back at work at De Rozenboom. However, his good mood quickly disappears when he finds out that Bizou has been promoted. Ludo makes it clear to Valentijn that he still hasn't managed to win Janine's trust. When he sees that this upsets Valentijn, he is extremely satisfied.

Rik reports Shanti to the police for abandoning Olivia. Steef and Troj are invited to Nola's Halloween party. As a joke, they first immerse themselves in polyamory. Bing and Nina receive a call from the school: Manu has attacked a classmate. Manu now has to tell his parents that he is being bullied.

Luuk sees Linda in tears: she got a call from her cousin. Shanti wants to force Rik into a visitation arrangement for Olivia, but Rik won't stand for it and makes a counter move. Bizou moves into the studio above De Koning. She surprises both Julian and Demi by asking them how it felt to find out Jessica's secret.

The Sanders family prepares for their annual family photo, this time with Valentijn. Julian wonders what went wrong between Nola and Steef. Bizou confronts Marwan about his childish behavior. He can't take it and kicks her out of the house. Linda is in contact with someone named Astrid who may have known Simon when he lived in Iceland.

Rik doesn't trust Shanti and takes action. Bizou makes a good impression on her boss, but doesn't realize that someone is sabotaging her on Marwan's orders. Bing is annoyed when Nina leaves him to take care of the children while he has to study. Henk wants to organize a giveaway evening and invites Laura's family and friends to come and sort through her belongings together.

Troj hides his financial problems from Luuk and tries to solve them. Now that she has broken up with Steef, Nola is staying with her grandparents. Ludo takes advantage of this and questions her about Valentijn. Rik and Elisa are worried when Shanti is late bringing Olivia back and they cannot reach her.

Demi goes on a date with Zoran and conceals her study deadline. She resorts to using resources to meet it, but is caught by Zoran. Stefano puts pressure on his accomplice because he wants to carry out his plan for revenge. Ludo realizes he is being followed and thinks he knows by who. Julian and Henk get into an argument when Henk wants to take Laura's belongings to the thrift store.

Julian thinks Steef has gone too far and sticks to his decision to let Bizou share in Laura's inheritance. Demi becomes uncertain when she thinks Zoran has left without explanation after staying the night, and she refuses to be reassured by Bizou. Ludo stages an emotional moment for Valentijn, while Stefano has a mysterious meeting with a woman.

Nola confesses to Steef that she kissed Troj. Steef lashes out at Troj and leaves in anger. Julian invites Henk over for a gourmet dinner to discuss Laura's inheritance. Henk wants Elly to come along. Marwan has trouble leaving his work to Bizou, so he asks the staff at De Rozenboom to keep a close eye on her.

Stefano admits what he really thinks of Ludo's idea to treat Valentine as family. Nola can't choose between Steef and Troj. Without telling them she has a problem, she asks Bizou and Marwan for advice. Linda and Janine find an old address book belonging to Simon. Could this provide a clue in their search for his child?

Bing convinces Nina that she, like the children, must adhere to the imposed screen time, but that is more challenging than anticipated. Rik and Elisa are uncomfortable with Olivia staying with Shanti until they realize that they now have time for each other again. Luuk asks Troj where the hired contractor is to renovate the bathroom. Will Troj dare to tell the truth?

Manu is sent home by the soccer club in Barcelona, much to everyone's surprise. Henk and Elly are enjoying themselves at home, but then Linda suddenly shows up at the door. Will Henk dare to introduce Elly as his new girlfriend? Stefano can't resist and comes up with a new plan to take Valentijn down.

Marwan is still recovering from his operation and can only watch helplessly as Bizou takes over his duties at the Rozenboom. Linda asks Janine if she will help her search for Simon's child. Demi is asked out by Zoran and immediately becomes extremely nervous.

Family, friends, and Henk prepare for Laura's funeral and take her to her final resting place. Jessica wants to talk to her daughter Bizou, but she refuses. When Bizou sees how difficult it is for Julian to say goodbye to Laura, she softens a little. Shanti also shows up at the funeral, much to the displeasure of Rik and Elisa.

Ludo realizes that Stefano has informed Charlie that Valentijn is blackmailing them and attempts to prevent the situation from escalating. Nola is unable to choose between Troj and Steef and unexpectedly receives assistance from Lucas in resolving this issue. Rik ultimately agrees to make arrangements with Shanti regarding visitation rights for Olivia, but this does not go as planned.

Linda shares Simon's secret with Luuk: is it possible that she has a nephew or niece? In the hope that everything will be all right, Jessica writes a farewell letter to Bizou, in which she takes all the blame upon herself. Julian touches everyone with a speech in which he recalls fond memories with a smile and a tear.

A range of former residents of Meerdijk make a comeback for the anniversary party. While Sil and Noud are busy setting up for the party, Ludo is taken aback by Charlie's arrival. Jessica is also back and trying to save her marriage. Marwan has to relinquish control of the party when Luuk diagnoses him with acute appendicitis. While Stefano serves a special dish for Valentijn at their party table, Lucas' arrival throws a spanner in the works. To end the day, Laura and Henk decide to get some fresh air at the beach.

Stefano looks up Valentijn and invites him to join the Sanders family at their anniversary party. What is he planning? Bing refuses to go with Nina when she surprises him with a trip for some much-needed quality time. Angry, she decides to go alone. Marwan is feeling unwell, but he doesn't slow down when it comes to his tasks for Meerdijk's anniversary party.

While Rik has finally learned to enjoy their new addition, baby Olivia, with Elisa, it turns out that Shanti has returned to Meerdijk. Bing and Nina realize how spoiled their daughter Nola is acting and are annoyed by her behavior. Troj can't take it anymore and asks Nola to choose between him and Steef.

Troj manages to get permission to renovate Linda and Luuk's bathroom. Ludo is satisfied when Valentijn fires Henriëtte and breaks off contact with her for good. Jean-Pierre confronts Julian with an old photo in which he is embracing Jessica. He asks him what it means.

Luuk and Linda are super excited to start renovating the shed, but they have different ideas about what to do with it. Nola can't resist Troj and tries to kiss him. Janine and Ludo set a trap for Henriëtte and hope Valentijn will side with them.

Janine helps Stefano deal with his frustrations about Valentijn. Nina and Bing want to surprise Rik with a baby shower now that he has accepted that Olivia is his daughter. Nola receives one rejection after another from potential schools and calls on her parents for help. Ludo is satisfied when his plan to trap Henriëtte seems to be working.

Julian is startled when Jean-Pierre Pascal, Bizou's father, unexpectedly appears before him. Laura makes progress in her rehabilitation and starts walking again. Demi feels uncomfortable when her colleague Zoran shows interest in her. Henk tries to impress Elly during their date and hurts himself.

Elisa is worried because Rik doesn't want anything to do with his newborn daughter Olivia. Henk surprises Elly when he books a room for them at the Rozenboom. Demi sees a new colleague and falls in love instantly. Luuk notices and asks her not to let herself be distracted. Stefano gets Valentijn drunk and lets him get behind the wheel.

Elisa and Rik are stunned when they find a baby in their living room. Julian thwarts Marwan's plans for the anniversary party in honor of Meerdijk's 350th anniversary. Ludo is unpleasantly surprised when it turns out that Janine has told Linda everything about the happenings at the castle. Linda promises to keep her mouth shut, but Ludo has heard that before.

Ludo makes a mysterious phone call. What is he up to? Valentijn catches Henriëtte with Richard. He suspects Richard of trying to get hold of the Auction House through her. Bing and Nina each come up with their own plan to get Nola to go back to school. Valentijn takes a seat in the Auction House and tries to figure out the code to the safe.

Much to her parents' frustration, Nola is laconic about losing her diploma. Steef reacts enthusiastically when he finds out that he has a filthy rich girlfriend, but Troj has his doubts. Ludo notices that Valentine is hurt by the fact that he doesn't belong to the family. Janine suggests that they could use this to their advantage.

Rik thinks he can help Stefano by boxing with him. Nina discovers that Max has been gaming for hours and wants to set a limit. Ludo sees that Nola is being too friendly with Valentijn and urges her to keep her distance. Nola wants to know why. Will Ludo and Janine tell her the truth?

Valentijn is annoyed that Henriëtte has passed him over. Janine is so upset about Ludo and recent events that she confides in Linda. Ludo shows Valentijn and Henriëtte around the depot and can't prevent them from seeing his private collection. Marwan gets help from Bizou in organizing the anniversary party.

Henk is fired when he behaves unreasonably. Laura is slowly recovering and is starting to look forward to the anniversary party in honor of Meerdijk's 350th anniversary. Nina thinks Bing has been traumatized by the events at the castle and wants him to go to therapy. Stefano tells Elisa and Rik about the scam by Andrea and Dr. Bachmann.

Richard appears to have returned to Meerdijk. When Valentijn wants nothing to do with him, Richard turns his charm on Henriëtte. Demi is shocked when Luuk confronts her about stealing sleeping pills during her shift at the hospital. Troj advises Bizou to give her father another chance.

Henriëtte comes to collect the debt Stefano still owed Andrea. Ludo asks the family to keep to their plan and cooperate as much as possible. Linda and Luuk try to find out what really happened in Belgium, but Ludo and Janine only tell them half the truth.

Bizou wants nothing more to do with Julian now that she knows he is her biological father. She gives Marwan notice and wants to return to Paris. Demi tries to mediate, but will she succeed? Laura and Henk are doing their best to make everything run smoothly now that they are living together again on friendly terms.

While the dust from the attack on the Sanders family has yet to settle, all restaurant owners are asked to participate in Meerdijk's 350th anniversary celebrations. Troj was planning to leave, but changes his mind when he sees how close Nola and Steef are. Janine is unpleasantly surprised when she suddenly sees Henriëtte.

As Janine and Ludo return to Meerdijk, the question arises: what happened to Stefano and Valentijn? Did they survive the explosion? Nina and Bing also return home and discuss what to tell to the children. Is the truth too horrible?
