After five weeks of gruelling challenges, three chefs have reached this year's final.
The semi-finals continue with the last six chefs facing a challenge set by one of the country's most popular chefs, Aldo Zilli.
With eight cooks remaining, it's time for the first semi-final.
With two semi-final places on the line, the remaining four celebrities cook a two-course meal for John, Gregg and three former Celebrity MasterChef finalists: Angellica Bell, Les Dennis and Spencer Matthews.
The remaining four celebrities face two more culinary challenges, as they battle for a place in the semi-finals.
Judy Murray, Riyadh Khalaf, Matthew Pinsent, Pete Wicks and Crissy Rock compete in the final week of heats, with two more semi-final spots up for grabs.
Chef and restaurateur John Torode and food writer and ingredients expert Gregg Wallace judge the efforts of four remaining contestants battling to remain in the contest, tasking them to cook a faultless two-course meal. Lending their thoughts on proceedings are three legends of the series - former champions Phil Vickery, Lisa Faulkner and John Partridge. They know exactly what it takes to get through this competition and are almost certainly in for a treat as the contenders push the boat out in a bid to secure their semi-final place.
Last night saw actress Felicity Montagu, singer Lady Leshurr and presenters Amar Latif, Gethin Jones and Jeff Brazier enter the fray. But one of them has already been voted out, leaving the other four to cook on. They begin with the pairs task, for which they are split into teams and have to serve up identical dishes - all while separated by a wall. The second challenge sees them entering the world of mass catering at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridgeshire.
Actress Felicity Montagu, musician Lady Leshurr, travel presenter Amar Latif, and TV presenters Gethin Jones and Jeff Brazier enter the studios to demonstrate their culinary skills. Gethin, Jeff and Lady Leshurr head to Pomana's, while Felicity and Amar cook for paying customers at Mortimer House Kitchen in a busy lunchtime service. Then it's back to the MasterChef kitchen to impress John and Gregg with their own creations. Who will have the culinary flair and skills to impress the judges?
Chef and restaurateur John Torode and food writer and ingredients expert Gregg Wallacejudge the four remaining contestants battling for semi-final places, tasking them to cook a faultless two-course meal. Lending their thoughts on proceedings are three legends of the series - finalist and TV presenter Rylan Clark-Neal and champions Sophie Thompson and Kimberly Wyatt. They know exactly what it takes to get through this competition and are almost certainly in for a treat as the contenders push the boat out in a bid to secure their semi-final place.
The four remaining contestants are split into pairs and tasked with cooking the same dish, which must be identical in both appearance and flavour - but there's a catch. They are separated by a wall, meaning the key to the task is communication as one pair recreates John Torode's pan-fried cod wrapped in ham and the other tackles his calf's liver and champ mash. For the second task, the competitors are sent out on their first mass catering challenge, at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey.
Actor Phil Daniels, drag artist Baga Chipz, Olympic hockey gold medallist and sports presenter Sam Quek, conductor for the Kingdom Choir Karen Gibson and TV presenter Dominic Littlewood compete in the kitchen. For their first challenge, they head to the MasterChef Market - stocked full of the best quality produce from across the world including meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, pulses, herbs and spices. The challenge is to invent and then cook one dish to show the judges they have potential. Presented by John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
The four remaining contenders face two more culinary challenges as they battle for a place in the semi-finals. First they are split into two groups for a test of teamwork and communication. One duo has to master John Torode's dim sum selection, and the other his spiced duck noodle broth. Then, the celebrities' team work skills are pushed to the extreme as they are faced with their first Mass Catering Challenge, cooking lunch for over 100 staff at Acton Works - the central hub for repairs and upgrades to London Underground trains.
The battle for the first two semi-final places in this year's competition reaches its climax, as the four remaining celebrities are tasked with cooking a faultless two-course meal that will not only be judged by John Torode and Gregg Wallace, but also by three previous contenders - Olympic long-jumper Greg Rutherford, and TV personalities Vicky Pattison and Dom Parker. All three know what it takes to get through this competition and are in for a treat as their successors pull out all the stops to try secure their semi-final place. For those who don't cut the mustard, the journey ends here.
