Candi-Rose is on a mission. With the help Jay and Bird, she escapes the confines of the DG as Mike lectures the YP about homework. With Bird in support, Candi-Rose plays her cards close to her chest about what the mission is. Arriving at a flat, the mystery plan reveals itself. Candi-Rose has come to see her sister, Lauren! It's her birthday, and Candi-Rose has brought presents for all the birthdays she's missed.

Tyler can't decide whether to give Jody a necklace, or what kind of career path he'd like to take. Meanwhile, he is tasked with looking after Ms Bloomfield's daughter, Piper, but his indecisiveness is exposed again when he's forced to take huge risks after a prank phone call loses the radio station their celebrity guest.

Ryan's ego is boosted when Mike selects him to go with Charlie to volunteer with the police. It's a chance to prove himself. It's no police station, though - it's the police horse stables. Ryan is quickly out of his depth as manager Richard Windsor takes a liking to Charlie and her knowledge of horses.
