Nadia Sawalha takes inspiration from busy households around the world as she seeks new ideas for recipes that will fit into hectic schedules.

Each week, Nadia is joined by a guest chef with a passion or expertise in that cuisine. Together they cook a full day's menu, with four dishes to create a breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sweet treat.
