The big promotion final is finally here with over a thousand years in the stands. Will Truls once again become the scapegoat or can he become the hero who shoots all of Årdal up a division?

There is only one game left and it will determine whether Årdal gets promoted. Morten and Ole Gunnar take the players on clay pigeon shooting to think about something else, while mothers, children and youth gather to give all the support they can give to their heroes.

The end of the season is approaching and Ole Gunnar starts extra training for Truls to get him to shoot them up a division. He himself tries to find peace with Jarle in the mountains.

Truls has invited Tom Rune on a trip with the world's nicest gang, which makes Tom Rune reflect on what it is we humans are really looking for in life.

A new player arrives in Årdal and increases the village's population, while Jarle has invited the bull from Høyanger and Truls to an unforgettable meal.

Truls and Jarle go to London to watch a Premier League match and find the best olive oil in the world. Back home in Årdal, the mothers are worried because it's their turn to undress for the nude calendar.

Ole Gunnar wants Truls to score more goals. Truls, for his part, realizes that he has to pull down his pants in front of Hanne.

Elin will defy his great fears, and in Årdal Julian is getting ready to play his last game before he travels to Bergen and Brann.

On 17 May, one of the team's youngest and the son of Ole Gunnar will give a speech for the entire village. We get to know club photographer Elin.

On May 16, promotion rival Fjøra visits and creates an overtime drama no one in the village will forget.

Finally, Årdal will play their first home game. Truls has asked Jarle to sew in the suit so it fits better around the arms.

Jarle offers Truls a very special steam bath. The mothers will create a new song to pay tribute to all the players and the club in their hearts.
