The contestants are challenged to make a supersize bar and bite-sized pieces with lots of texture, as well as getting to make use of some of the latest chocolate-making gadgets - which do not always work as intended, leading to some unexpected meltdowns. Dave and Si also visit a top-secret sensory lab where products are tested for taste.

This time, the chocolatiers are challenged to make bite-sized chocolates based on their favourite desserts, hoping to impress judge Ruth Hinks with their creations.
