The Cowboys aim to wrap up a successful regular season as they visit the rival Eagles. Dallas raced to a 41-21 win over Philadelphia in Week 3. Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott threw for three touchdowns, with two going to tight end Dalton Schultz.
The Chiefs try to continue their mastery of the Broncos. Kansas City has won 12 straight meetings. Denver last defeated Kansas City in 2015 en route to winning the Super Bowl. The Chiefs beat the Broncos 22-9 in Week 13. Denver is 4-4 at home.
The Steelers try for a season sweep of the Browns. Pittsburgh prevailed 15-10 in Week 8 to snap a two-game series slide. The Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger tossed a 2-yard TD pass to rookie Pat Freiermuth to complete the scoring with 11:04 remaining.
The Dolphins look to stay in the hunt for a playoff spot when they face the Saints in New Orleans. The Saints have won three straight in the series, including a 20-0 shutout in the most recent meeting in 2017. The overall series is tied 6-6.
The Cardinals try to sweep a season series from the Rams for the first time since 2014. Arizona halted an eight-game slide versus Los Angeles with an emphatic 37-20 triumph in Week 4. The Cardinals' James Conner scored two touchdowns in that contest.
First place in the AFC East is on the line as the Patriots (8-4) visit the Bills (7-4). New England has won six straight games and is 5-0 on the road in 2021. The defending division champion Bills swept the Pats in 2020 for the first time since 1999.
Seattle and Washington collide on Monday Night Football. Russell Wilson has been held without a TD pass in two straight games for the first time since 2016. The Football Team have won back-to-back games following a 27-21 win over Carolina.
Tom Brady and the Buccaneers (6-3) host the Giants (3-6). Tampa Bay has lost two straight. Brady is 5-3 versus New York after a 25-23 triumph in 2020. The future Hall of Famer is 7-3 in Super Bowls with two of the losses against the Giants.
The Steelers host the Bears. Pittsburgh has won three straight. Chicago's Justin Fields passed for 175 yards, rushed for 103, and accounted for two TDs in a loss to San Francisco in Week 8. Pittsburgh dealt Melvin Ingram to Kansas City on Nov. 2.
The Giants visit the defending AFC champion Chiefs. New York leads the series 11-3 after a 12-9 overtime triumph in the cold and wind in 2017. Kansas City's Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill combined for 15 catches and 177 receiving yards in that game.
AFC contenders collide as the Titans (3-2) welcome the red-hot Bills (4-1) to the Music City. Buffalo won at Kansas City 38-20 in Week 5, and has totaled 156 points during a four-game win streak. Tennessee got back on track by beating Jacksonville.
The Colts return to their old haunts for the 10th time to collide with the Ravens. Indianapolis has lost two straight and is 4-5 in Baltimore. The franchise left the Eastern Seaboard for their new Midwest digs in the middle of a 1984 night.
Las Vegas faces Los Angeles on Monday Night Football. The Raiders find themselves at 3-0 for the first time since 2002 after surviving the Dolphins 31-28 in overtime in Week 3. Justin Herbert had four TD passes in the Chargers' upset of the Chiefs.
The Eagles visit the Cowboys. The two NFC East rivals split the 2020 season set, with Dallas winning a crucial Week 16 tilt at Cowboy Stadium. Michael Gallup (DAL), currently nursing a quad injury, totaled 121 receiving yards and two TDs in that win.
The Packers open up Lambeau Field by hosting the Lions on Monday Night Football. Aaron Rodgers was pulled from Green Bay's blowout loss to New Orleans in Week 1 after throwing a pair of interceptions. Detroit has dropped four straight to Green Bay.
The Raiders begin their second campaign in Las Vegas as they host the Ravens in this season opener. If Las Vegas defensive end Carl Nassib sees action, he will become the first openly gay athlete to take part in an NFL regular-season contest.
ESPN's Monday Night Football begins with 11 games in the first seven weeks of the NFL season, including the Lions at the Ravens in an NFC-AFC showdown, as ESPN records the most primetime games of any NFL rights holder to begin the year, jumpstarting the 25-game NFL on ESPN 2025-26 schedule.
Continuing the early season momentum, Monday Night Football will enter a four-week stretch featuring the AFC Champion Chiefs (Week 8), the Cowboys multiple times (Weeks 9 and 11), and the Super Bowl Champion Eagles at the Packers (Week 10). The Eagles return to MNF in December (Week 14), as the iconic primetime television franchise gives way to ESPN's Saturday Doubleheader (Week 18), Monday Night Wild Card game (January 12) and a Divisional round playoff game (January 17 or 18).
Monday Night Football's season-long campaign begins with a NFC North rivalry, as the Vikings travel to the Bears, the first of multiple divisional games this season on MNF. The regular season will close with iconic brands taking the field, including the 49ers, Patriots, Giants, Steelers and Dolphins. Multiple High-Profile Debuts in Week 1: As the Vikings and Bears take the field, Minnesota quarterback J. McCarthy will make his NFL debut, while Bears head coach Ben Johnson makes his debut at the helm of the team.
Exceptional Quarterbacks Across MNF: Each of the previous three NFL MVPs appear on Monday Night Football (Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Patrick Mahomes). The two most recent Offensive Rookie of the Year winners, Jayden Daniels and CJ Stroud, Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts, and Comeback Player of the Year Joe Burrow will all play on Monday Night Football.
MNF will feature ESPN exclusive games, ABC simulcasts (with an additional week to be announced), and four weeks where multiple games are played on the same night, with ABC (two occurrences) and ESPN+ (one occurrence) airing an exclusive game in conjunction with an ESPN exclusive game in three of those cases. As part of those four weeks, returning this year in Weeks 2 and 7, a traditional Monday Night Football doubleheader will occur, with the first game beginning at 7 p.m. and the second one kicking off at 10 p.m. ET. All 25 games will stream on the newly announced ESPN direct-to-consumer service.
