Dagmar contacts Logi and introduces herself as the mother of the young man Logi murdered 25 years ago. Logi represents her and her daughter in a lawsuit against a property developer who conned her husband out of their savings.
Logi and Hordur take down a cult leader who's been defrauding and sexually assaulting members of a cult for a long time. Having fallen off the wagon, Logi is drinking heavily and hooks up with Vigga.
A body is discovered and Logi is asked to defend the suspected murderer, Sveinn, a young addict. He has no memory of the night in question, much as Logi experienced years earlier, the night he murdered an innocent man in a drunken rage.
