Going back to school is a super exciting time, especially after the year we've all had! Skipper, Daisy, and I play a really fun digital improve challenge I came up with! Skipper changes our virtual backgrounds and Daisy and I have to keep the conversation going! It was a great way to laugh and feel connected to my friend Daisy after being apart for so long.

Skipper challenges me to recreate the layered cake I made for our parents' 20th wedding anniversary...WITHOUT a recipe! I definitely had some trial and error getting it right, but in the end I learned from my mistakes and made a cake even better than the first one! And we even got a pizza out of it. Ken and I got stuck in the Dreamhouse elevator a couple of days ago and Stacie filmed it as a prank! So we took the footage and decided to make it a game with my sisters and friends. My awesome friend Jordan Reeves joined me on the vlog today for the Friend Tag! She's one of the coolest 13 year olds I know and we had so much fun!!!

I had an experience recently where someone made me upset and I had a really hard time forgiving them. But I heard about this awesome thing called Loving Kindness Meditation and it really helped! I hope it helps you too if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.

Meditation is a big part of my morning routine. Every morning when I first wake up, I meditate. Meditation really helps me to stay focused for the entire day. So take a deep breath... meditate with me.

We all have days where we just feel cranky, you know, when everything just bothers you. I don't even know why I feel this way but I do. The good news is that it will pass. It helps to breathe and think about creative things. This with a good night's sleep, and I wake up feeling a lot better. What makes you feel better when you're cranky?
