In Canalave City, while exploring and looking for the gym, Ash & Co. fall into the world of nightmares. It seems that Darkrai is nearby and lettling loose its dark powers. However, legends say Cresselia is also nearby and when she appears, a climatic battle between Cresselia & Darkrai is sure to take place...

Taking a blimp to Canalave City, Ash & Co., travelling with Jun, end up exiting the blimp and getting separated with their Pokémon. With the various groups all separated and with Pokémon they don't normally hang out with, the groups need to all come together so they can get to Canalave City. Will they find eachother or will they be stuck forever?

Its a time of Contests & Gym Battles in Hearthome City. While Ash finally challenges Fantina to a Gym battle, Jessie partakes in another of Hearthome City's contests. Ash is facing one of the toughest battles yet against Fantina's Ghost Pokémon. Will he manage to beat Fantina and get the Relic Badge?

Back at Hearthome City, Ash is eager to challenge Fantina to a gym battle. However, before he gets a chance, he meets up with a trainer called Jun, from the same town as Dawn. Upon meeting, Ash learns that Jun is a trainer who follows Paul's training method; looking for strong Pokémon and getting rid of weaker ones. Ash is annoyed by this and intends to show Jun the proper way to train. The pair do battle...

Travelling back to Hearthome City, Ash & Co. bump into Paul. Ash is eager to show up Paul and beat him so he challenges him to a battle. Using Turtwig in battle, Turtwig evolves when the goings get tough. However, after evolving, it loses its speed and thus its confidence. Will Grotle manage to get it back?

On their way to Hearthome City, Ash & Co. meet up with Aaron, one of the Elite Four of Sinnoh. When they meet up with him, they see Aaron is training both himself and his bug Pokémon. However, he is in the area since he's looking for a Wurmple he let go. Ash & Co. offer to help, however Team Rocket are in the area trying to steal some Pokémon. Can Ash & Co. find the Wurmple?

Back in Solaceon Town on their way to Hearthome, Ash & Co. meet up with Aoi and her family at the breeding centre. When they arrive, they find out about a huge flying monster thats around town at night. Ash & Co. decide to investigate. What could it be?

The Celestic Ruins have been attacked by Cyrus and the other leaders of Team Galactic. Searching for the Adamant & Lustrous Orbs, Cyrus intends to summon Dialga & Palkia. However, Jenny, Cynthia and Ash & co. are all set to stop Team Galactic's evil schemes. Team Rocket, on the other hand, have plans of their own...

While training in Celestic Town for his upcoming Hearthome Gym match, Ash & Co. meet up with Cynthia. While there, an old friend of Cynthia's Grand Mother appears. This friend is eager to get to the ruins. However, the police of Sinnoh are all looking for Team Galactic and their leaders as they've had reports that they are planning to steal the Adamant & Lustrous Orbs...

Finally in Celestic Town, Dawn & co. arrive just in time for the Pokémon Contest. When they go to enter, Dawn finds out that a rival of her mother's is entering in the contest. With a seasoned co-ordinator as one of her opponents, Dawn could be facing the hardest contest of her career so far. Will she win?

On their way to Celestic Town for the next Contest. Ash & Co. are training their Pokémon when Pachirisu gets a surge of lightning on it. As they are in the middle of nowhere, treatment seems to be a tricky thing to accomplish. Will Pachirisu be ok?

In the aftermath of the Pokémon Summer School, Team Rocket have come to live the life of luxury a bit too much and soon discover that they have lost the mission. Eager to get back to their routes, Team Rocket begin rigourous training and have their eyes set on a new place to steal Pokémon from, going back to their first appearance; a Pokémon Center...

It's the end of the Summer School and time to see who is the most triumphant. How is this eventually determined? By a Triathlon race over land, sea and sky. Each trainer has to choose a random Pokéball for their companion for each part making it a very hard contest of strength, skill and knowledge. Who will win?

Upon investigating the area, they all discover a variety of ghost Pokémon. However, as well as the Pokémon, there is another paranormal entity. Does it have sinister motives?

In it, you get given a Pokémon to take care of and raise in order for you to use it at the end of the month and win a championship. Ash & Co. all decide to join in. However, with these new Pokémon come new problems. Will they obey?

On their way to Celestic Town, Ash & co. find their path blocked by a group of Psyduck. Try as they might, the Psyduck do not yeild and continue to block their path. It seems they're trying to protect their eggs, which are soon to hatch. However, the nearby lake is polluted. Can Ash & Co. help? Will they be able to go to Celestic Town?

Back in Hearthome City, Ash discovers that the gym is closed again. Disappointed, the gang soon find out about a Pokémon Styling contest. Everyone is eager to join in, including Team Rocket. However, as there can only be one victor and both the trainer and the Pokémon have to take part, it could be tricky. Who will win?

On their way to Hearthome City, Ash decides to train his Gligar so he can be as strong as they can be. While there, they meet up with Gary who is looking for Azelf at Lake Valor. Gary, still believing evolution is the key to a Pokémon's strength, gives Ash a Razor Fang to evolve Gligar with. Ash however is reluctant despite Gligar's wish to become stronger...

On their travels, Ash & Co. arrive at the Pokémon Mansion owned by Mr. Backlot. When they arrive there, they meet a wild Swinub whom eats all the food that they cooked...to make matters worse, Team Rocket arrive intent on capturing all the Pokémon in the garden including Ash & Co.'s Pokémon. Can Ash & Co. save their Pokémon and stop Swinub from eating all the food?

Its time for Ash's gym battle against Crasher Wake. In a basic 3 on 3 match, Ash could face one of the hardest challenges of his Sinnoh career. Using Pikachu, Turtwig & Buizel against Gyarados, Quagsire & Floatzel, Ash has to use his Pokémon's strengths to their full potential. Will he win the Fen Badge or does he need to go back to training?

Ash & Co. finally arrive in Pastoria City where they meet Crasher Wake, the gym leader. He mentions that there is a Croagunk Festival going on at the nearby Great Marsh. Brock is eager to enter with his Croagunk. Acting like a contest, the rounds show off Croagunk's unique skills. However, Team Rocket wish to enter and obtain the Croagunk...

Hunter J has managed to take the Riolu. With the Ranger Hajime and their old Ranger friend Solana joining them, Ash & Co. go to hunt down Hunter J and get Riolu back. However, J is far more formidable than anyone could have anticipated and Ash is stuck at the mercy of her Drapion. Will Ash manage to save Riolu and himself?

On their travels, Ash & Co. meet up with another Pokémon Ranger. The Rangerr is undercover to stop Pokémon Hunter J from capturing other Pokémon. Ash & Co. discover that a Riolu is being hunted by J due to being able to use Aura before evolving. Ash & Riolu start to bond with their shared Aura, but J is insistent on getting it. Will she succeed?

On their way to Pastoria, Ash & co. bump into Paul. After having a dispute in how Pokémon should be raised, Ash challenges Paul to a 3 on 3 match which he accepts. However, in this match Ash uses his Chimchar which previously belonged to Paul. Chimchar is understandably angry at Paul due to its prior treatment and intends to win...

Travelling to Pastoria, Ash & Co. meet a trainer desperate to capture a Yanma. His last attempt had been thwarted by Team Rocket who captured it themselves. Ash & Co. decide to assist the trainer. However, Jessie wants to try out her newly captured Yanma...

Finishing her battle against Kite, Dawn moves onto the next round. Her opponent will be either May or Zoey depending on the battle outcome. It ends up being Dawn VS May in the finals. Who will win and receive the Wallace Cup Ribbon?

Having passed the appeal process in the Wallace Cup, the gang all move onto the next round; the battles. However, in reflection of their respective journeys, the gang get pumped for the battles. Will they all get through the next round?

The gang have arrived in Lake Valor where the Wallace Cup is taking place. meethin up with Zoey, the gang all joins in. Ash, May, Dawn, Zoey and Jessie in disguise enter into the Wallace Cup with hopes of winning the coveted ribbon. However, will they all get through the appeals?

Near Lake Valor, Ash & co. meet up with their old friend May, who has come to Sinnoh to participate in Wallace's special Wallace Cup for a Ribbon that can be used anywhere. Before the cup starts, the gang go to a restaurant at the Grand Lake Hotel where they can get a full course meal for free. The catch however, is that the winners of a tag battle will win the meal. Ash & Brock team up while May & Dawn also pair up for the challenges. Who will win?

On their way to Pastoria City, while training, Ash & co. meet up with Wallace, a legendary contest master. Dawn, wanting to participate in the Wallace Cup contest, is a bit nervous in front of Wallace and is reluctant to show Wallace her Pokémon and how she battles. Wallace however, is eager to give advice...

Chimchar is ready to join an exploration team, and with his newly human turned pokémon friend Piplup, he is ready for any challenge that may arise, inclduing Grovyle's plot to steal a Time Gear.

After losing to a Raichu in a trainer battle and becoming severely injured, Ash & Pikachu start questioning themselves and wonder if the time has come to evolve. Drawing parallels upon the previous time this happened in Vermillion City, Pikachu is determined to show its true power. However, will it be able to defeat the Raichu without evolving? Or is Ash going to have a Raichu?

As they travel towards the next town, Jessie's Dustox becomes infatuated with a Shiny Dustox. It seems that it is now mating season for Dustox and as Dustox begins to find happiness, Jessie becomes conflicted on whether to keep Dustox, preventing it from being happy, or letting her old friend go...

On their way to the next town, Ash & Co. meet a trainer who is putting on a magic act with her three Chingling. However, one of them cannot seem to get things right, and to make matters worse, James from Team Rocket wants one of the Chingling for his Chimecho to play with as well as the rest for Team Rocket. Can the Chingling be protected and learn the Magic Act?

Deciding to move on to Pastoria City for the next gym bade, Ash & Co. inadvertantly get caught up in a massive fiasco when Team Galactic turn. Eager to serve their evil purpose for world conquest, Saturn takes on Ash & Co. in order to get a special artefact. Can Ash & Co. stop Saturn or will the evil team get away with it?

After re-gaining her confidence in a battle with Dawn, Maylene accepts Ash's gym battle challenge. In a fierce 3 on 3 fight, Ash faces a tough challenge indeed. With Maylene using Machoke, Meditite and Lucario and Ash using Staravia, Chimchar & Buizel, things are going to get tougher before they get easier. Will Ash finally win his 3rd Sinnoh Badge?

In an idea to boost both of their confidence, Dawn & Maylene are to have an informal battle. It's a tense time as both have to regain their faith in themselves. With Dawn using Buneary, Piplup & Ambipom and Maylene using her gym trained team including Lucario, a fierce battle is to ensue. Who will win?

Finally at Veilstone City, Ash & co. meet the gym leader of the town Maylene. Ash hastily challenges her to a gym battle, to which she declines as she has lost faith in herself due to her recent loss to Paul. Her Lucario is angered by this, and Paul's brother arrives to help out...

On their way to Veilstone, Pachirisu gets stuck in a Hippowdon. While trying to get it out, Ash & Co. discover that not one, but two Team Rocket groups are trying to capture the Hippowdon and the Hippopotas. With the help of his old Hippopotas friend, Ash must stop them. Will Team Rocket be stopped and will Pachirisu be rescued?

On their way to Veilstone, Ash & Co. bump into Paul and the gang discover a swarm of Gligar lead by a Glion that appear to be causing some issues in the town after being swept there from the nearby forest. Ash & Paul decide to try and stop them. However, will they get more than they bargained for?

On their way to Veilstone, Ash & Co. decide to stop off at some hot springs near where one of Dawn's friends lives. However, when they get there, they discover that the Hot Springs have recently gone dry. Ash & Co. decide to look for the reason why this has happened...

On their way to Veilstone, Ash & Co. stop off at the Maid Café for a nice drink of Miltank's Milk. However, when they arrive, they learn of the troubles the Café is having, being under-staffed. Ash & co. offer their services and soon become Maids in the Café...

It's time for the Solaceon Contest. Dawn is eager to enter to try and earn her second Contest Ribbon. However, things get a bit heated when her old rival Kenny appears in order to compete in the Contest. This makes Dawn even more eager to enter the contest. Will she do well?

Finally in Solaceon Town, Ash & co. visit the nearby ruins to investigate them. Inside, finding many of the alphabet Pokéon Unown, Ash & co. discover that they have been enraged. Discovering Team Galactic in there, Ash & Co. must work out what they're doing and stop them...

On their travels, Ash & Co. come across a castle. However as soon as they arrive they are attacked by Luxray. Whilst futily trying to find cover. Eventually the trainer calls it off and says that Luxray has been angsty due to the fact that it can no longer use Electric attacks since it has evolved. Team Rocket soon however capture Pikachu & Luxray. Can the Pokémon be retrieved and will Luxray be able to use its electric attacks again?

On their travels, Ash battles a trainer with a Nosepass. However, when the battle moves out of the Mt. Coronet area, the trainer stops the battle explaining that he wants his Nosepass to evolve. Ash is happy to help out. However, after it evolves, Team Rocket steals Probopass. Ash & the trainer have to hunt Team Rocket down and get it back. Will they succeed?

On their travels, Ash & Co. discover that a bridge that has had construction halted on it. Wondering why, they find that the Bibarel and other Pokémon working on it have suddenly stopped. Ash & co. volunteer to help build the bridge but will Bibarel and the other Pokémon prevent it?

While training his New Buizel by the Lost Tower, Buizel accidentally destroys it and sets Spiritomb, the sealed ghost Pokémon free. When Spiritomb starts causing issues around the area, its up to Ash & Co. to seal it back up. Will this be do-able or will Spiritomb be forever causing mischief?

On their way to Solaceon City, Ash & Dawn are both prepping their Pokémon for their upcoming challenges. However, after emeting up with Zoey, Zoey suggests that Ash & Dawn trade Aipom & Buizel due to their tastes being in the other trainer's vocation. Ash & Dawn decide to take it out for a try. Will these Pokémon like the new ideas or will they want to stay with their original trainer?

In their next town, Ash & co. meet up with Gardenia, the gym leader of Eterna City. Deciding to do a tag battle with James from Team Rocket, Ash & Dawn battle James & Gardenia. However, James' Cacnea has trouble competing and Gardenia wants to help it become stronger. Will James allow Gardenia to take his Pokémon to train?

On their way to the next city, Chimchar is starting to settle into the new environment, Ash's group. However, after the harsh training given to it by Paul, Chimchar is rather on edge all the time and is shocked at how different things are...
